We had no idea everything was done online and it was such a pain to do. Neither my husband or I had cell reception to accomplish the process. After a good 30 minutes at least of standing there trying to get it to work the guy who owned the place finally helped us sort it out in person instead. We had the same issues upon returning the truck. I don’t think we’ll ever rent a u-haul again if it’s always going to be done through the app. Much easier back when you just did it with a human in front of you.

dexter gI reserved the trailer from a downtown Champaign location and the day before I was to pick up I was sent to Fithian IL. Out in the country where I never would have found if not for google maps.
