The rental truck was found to be dirty, with the interior covering in dust, stains on the seats and the windshield was filth. Both driver and passenger windows and both mirrors were so covering in grime I had stop to clean them myself on the side of the road. The truck itself appears to be at the end of its useful life. Transmission slipped every time I went up a hill, the drivers door doesn’t close all the way leading to high pitch and awfully loud wind noises. Tried calling the rental place the day before and received zero help.

KEVIN MI was delighted that I could pick up the rental on a Sunday morning (off hours). I was very happy with being able to contact someone to help me with getting the truck door re-latched at 8am in the morning. The service rep was helpful and offered me advice and options. I was disappointed that the advertised vehicle that I reserved on line was actually not available. But was happy that U-Haul contacted me to let me know that it was not available and gave me options to pickup a different vehicle at a different location. I was not happy that the furniture pads that I requested to rent were not in the truck. I was also double billed but was able to contact U-Haul and they reimbursed me. That phone call was very easy. So overall, I received the help and attentions that I needed.
Teresa KThe service was good - it was unusual to see a U-Haul in a flooring store. I left something small in the truck and had to go back (30-minute trip) to get it; the man wouldn't just put it in an envelope and mail it to me.
