Joseph CThe truck rode horribly and made awful noises, but that is somewhat understandable for 130k+ miles. The worst problem I had with the service was returning the vehicle. The instructions I reviewed prior to returning the vehicle differed from the instructions I received after arriving, which caused major confusion and dysfunction in the return process. I had already locked the truck and returned the keys by the time the page updated and informed me I had to take pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge. This was incredibly frustrating, considering the fact that I don't understand why my location would change how instructions are present to me.
