My quote from online was different then when picking up in person, even including taxes and all fees.
SHYAMI PThe ride is nice and smooth. Didn't see any issues when using it. I got the small box truck and I like the backup camera. It help with the blind spot when backing. I will rent again.
ALLEN RUHaul Delaware Dispatch Operations changed my original return city from Georgetown to Greenwood behind my back prior to me picking up the Uhaul and then I had no choice but to accept it. I had to drive an additional 60 miles out of my way to return it.
BRANDON BHave more larger trucks available, I was forced to use a smaller truck. This made me double the miles because I had to make 2 trips. That ended up costing me $80 more then if I had been able to rent larger truck.
