More focous, only one employee to run gas station, convience store and uhaul service. He did have to move a truck and when asked help lift trailer tongue onto the truck hitch.

I specifically asked U-Haul at the 800# for a specific pickup location which was far more convenient and the reservation was made at the location of my choice only to be changed later by U-Haul. I drove by an actual U-Haul lot (my original choice) and there was a Fleet of the size truck that I had requested parked there but noooo ... I had to put 15 extra miles on the U-Haul due to the facility that they sent me to and this put me late getting to my hired help. When I got home there was a $15 extra charge for an item that I had declined at the U-Haul dealer.

JOHN SWell it online reservations only. So maybe nit being held up so long while waiting on reservation confirmation and waiting on store customers. And the price at the reservation should be the same price you pay at the store. NO ADD ONs.
