I had reserved a 15 foot truck, on auto transport, two furniture dollies, and a dozen furniture covers. I was the first customer of this location as they only recently affiliated with the brand. This location only had the 15 foot truck so I had to go to another location to get remainder of the reserve equipment. this resulted in the exceeding the allotted mileage and being charged an extra $25 or so on turn in.
