Donna MJohn, again the owner, tied up our moving experience with a big red bow!! He was accommodating to our strict schedule, greeted us with a smile, and assisted with all the gear and clean up for a wonderfully smooth process.
MARGARET PCustomer service was above and beyond awesome! Reserved a small truck for a non-profit event, truck was ready to roll by the time I was able to pick up. Had issues with U-Haul’s online pick up/drop off which was after hours, but was personally met at the door by management and was taken care of in less than 10 minuets all together.
