Horrible. I have submitted a formal complaint supposedly. They said there was an action number. I’m tired of retelling the bad story. Look it up if anyone cares to make this right.

The truck was well maintained, the cab was not clean there was trash under the seat that came rolling out, also I ordered only the truck but it came with a dolly and blankets in the back. The problem was I needed an empty box to fit what I was moving. Also the place I picked up the truck would not let me leave my car. I only needed the truck for a few hours to make a single delivery so I drove myself to pick up the truck as no one informed me I could not park my car in there parking lot.

Maka SMake the initial truck rental process easier, it took me 20 mins to rent a truck, plus had to show lease even after taking selfie and uploading license.
Robert BThe vehicle was in good condition. The location is a convenience store and the regular employee/mgr was on vacation. The employee filling in had no experience with the U-Haul operation. He was friendly and tried to be helpful but his inexperience required I contact U-Haul for the proper procedure to check in and out. If not for this aspect it would have been a much better experience.
