The location said it was open 8am to 8pm but got there before 5pm and it was not open. looking in the door it seemed clean and nice but no one to help. Then tried to use the app to return the truck and it would start but could not open the return - kept failing -- tried 4 times and gave up, Probably because place is surrounded by mountains. but after first try with app that did not work think your app needs alot of work. finally had to call UHaul to notify that I returned and app would not work. Then had to call to get the Dolly removed from Bill because i never took one. and then had to call back to get the non returned equipment charge removed and refunded. AS a NOTE. I had a rental about a year and a half ago and had a 2 hour wait to pickup due to your system being down then as well. thankfully the return went fine that time. Was not happy with return this time as it was 10 degrees out and having to deal with all this.

DEREK JOlder model trailer. Signs of rust and deterioration of minor metal parts. Trailer hitch coupler needs to be updated. Otherwise it did it's job. Tracked well.
