Friendly , knowledgeable attendant. Was surprised at the unavailability of equipment, do realize this is a rather sparsely populated area but all the way to Christiansburg ? And then to come home and see the requested at a dealer never mentioned when setting up trip.

Nicest guy ever.
JORDAN RDrop off would not even come outside and look at the vehicle! You have no proof you dropped off the truck! Location didn't advise me of the procedure when dropping off the truck! i had to call U-Haul to get help and information!
