One of the worst rentals I have had. The truck was not clean. The truck was very damaged. Things didn't work in the truck. I was also disappointed that the truck was confirmed multiple times for the location I selected and each confirmation included an attempt to drive me further away and add miles to my rental costs. Advertising trucks and mobile pick up options at facilities they don't have them is false advertising.

Kurrie BRoad into the facility was HORRIBLE! I, myself, won’t go there unless necessary! They really didn’t intend to hook up the trailer but I told them need it done I’m on restrictions. I was always understanding that it was a UHaul rule so know it was hooked properly for safety!???? The employees were absolutely great guys! Thx
