Road into the facility was HORRIBLE! I, myself, won’t go there unless necessary! They really didn’t intend to hook up the trailer but I told them need it done I’m on restrictions. I was always understanding that it was a UHaul rule so know it was hooked properly for safety!???? The employees were absolutely great guys! Thx
