MARCELENA AI called to confirm equipment availability and made my reservation. The woman I spoke with was very kind and courteous. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the gentleman was also very kind and courteous. He and another gentleman hooked the trailer up for me and I was on my way. Very easy process. Thank you very much.
