I received a call asking where the key was, which made no sense. The key was put in the same place it was found when the truck was picked up. Instead of bothering a customer to ask where is the key why not check the one logical place it would be first?

My original order was placed in Cameron Park. The person in charge of the U-Haul rentals went above and beyond for me clearly explaining each and every step from the moment I pick up the truck to dropping it off. She tried her best to get a truck to Cameron Park, but was unsuccessful and had to send me to Folsom. The man who checked me in at Folsom was less than helpful. I wasn't understanding how to pick which truck was mine. He said the numbers were on the door, they were above the driver's windshield. I had to come back into the office when I did so he once again acted as if I was bothering him about which truck it was. Another man working with him, explained to me I should look above the windshield in the cab. Nit only that the few questions I asked him about my returning location he told me that he couldn't help. I told him I would be in Truckee California. He put my return spot, Sparks Nevada, a solid hour from truckee. As I stated before, he was not friendly and not helpful. I am 57 years old and moving myself, all I needed was a clean truck and someone to walk me to the truck so I could find which one was mine. Saturday morning I called Cameron Park Rental, and she was able to change my return location to truckee and once again walked me through the return steps. I will never recommend folsom pick up spot, but I will recommend Cameron Park because the lady Lynn cared about my U-Haul experience
