When I came to pick up the u-haul rental, there were homeless camped out inside of the backend. They had their recycling with them and the U-Haul smelled horrible. Unfortunately I was moving that morning so I had no choice but to take it and have my belongings smelling terrible. Very unpleasant.
Torry SHave self-checkin and maintain the vehicles. Windshield wipers were shot and it rained hard. Very disappointing.

JUSTIN BThe after hours return process is not very good. Too many things the customer has to do, pics to take, entries to make. Not as much issue returning a Mercedes to Avis. And especially since I had already purchased damage waiver.
