The truck and the location were great but during pick up and drop off, the UHaul app was glitch and that was annoying. That had nothing to do with the automotive business, that was all about the app. During drop off at first it didn't have me take any pictures and we were trying to figure out how to put the key back in the same box. Then the app finally reset and had us take all of the pictures and gave instructions about the drop slot. It all worked out in the end but when you are exhausted from a full day of moving, a glitchy app can be quite frustrating.

Tony PMy pickup location was charged twice. First, I was told to pick up the truck in a city near my home, then day before they changed it to another city. I called that morning and was told the truck was ready, but when I arrived they claimed they didn't have it and even said I had never called, even though I had proof that I did. After wasting almost there hours, extra gas, and dealing with all the frustration they caused, they finally found a truck in yet and other city. This was completely unacceptable and worst customer I've experienced.
Blanca GThe truck did not contain the two dollies that were requested (and paid for) not did it include a ramp. This made our whole trip a total loss. We were ultimately unable to move the equipment we drove many miles to pick up. I am requesting a full refund.
