The location is easy to find, the equipment is all over the lot with no order. Staff is very unhelpful. They refused to provide a receipt upon they also did not check in the equipment and we had to talk to UHAUL the next day. Overall the drop off location leaves alot to be desired.

LINDA SIf they have a cart order place in truck. Poor lighting in this lot before and after hours. How do you expect people to place fuel in truck with chain in the way holding the cap. Setting nossle near the hole causes spillage! If app fails good luck. Help desk try it again on the app

JULIE GThe trailers no longer have Jack's on them to lift them up off the hitches. It was very difficult to get the trailer off the hitch and back on with out the jack. If possible please put Jack's back on the trailers as not everyone has the strength to lift them up. It also delayed my trip because of that as I could not load it up until I was absolutely ready to leave as I would not have been able to lift the trailer up to the hitch if it was loaded. Please please put Jack's back on the trailers!
