The location lacked a U-Haul manager. The IT professional (worker for US Cellular) there gave us our tailer and not only charged me twice, did not dispatch our vehicle until we were out of the state. At first, the IT professional, not a U-Haul certified worker, told me to take the trailer and leave. Upon hitching it to my car, he ran out and told me although it is a self service, I could not take it despite my reservation. He then cancelled my previous reservation, started a new one, and charged me more than my original quote. He did not offer any additional services, such as helpers or even a lock for the trailer. This issue continued throughout my journey home, with constant calls and issues from U-Haul. U-Haul called me and told me the trailer was not dispatched, since the system not only had my name under a different vehicle, but the IT professional did not dispatch the vehicle. This then caused an issue where I was charged double the amount, U-Haul charging me, and then the IT professional from US Cellular. Due to constant calls from U-Haul, I do not recommend this service, it ruined my trip having to answer constant calls due to their mistakes.

Overall, the experience was good. The truck I had did not start well. Several times I was not sure it was going to start at all, but fortunately it always did eventually.
