Customer service was awful. I had to ask for a copy of my contract to put in the truck he said it was in my email. The truck size I reserved he said the key was lost and I could go to another location if I wanted that size. Four days later I received a message if I did not return the truck, it would be reported stolen. I called the number on the message which was the location owner said he wasn't at the location he would call later but he thought truck was returned.

Auto repair place with U-Haul as a side business? Seems to be more of a place where you just drop off the equipment and the place was full of repaired cars as well as U-Haul trucks/trailers. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly, though. Worked for me.
LAWRENCE HThey weren’t there and I had to wait 30+ minutes to pick up my uhaul. Then they didn’t check the uhaul in until 3 days after I dropped it off resulting in a charge .

Larry CTerrible service. Reservation was made , on site car was “not available”. Changed to more expensive one where tank was on E and referred to as “quarter full” was returned with more gas than recieved and was charged 60$ fee. Stay away!
