I was disappointed because we were called and told we had to change sites for pickup/dropoff and not compensated for the additional miles it added to our trips. We also had several of our cardboard boxes and wooden furniture pieces damaged due to the roof of the truck leaking during the storm on Sunday night. When we reported the leak and damages the employee just thanked us for letting her know.
