It was so easy to pick up and get, every step was Excellent!!
MARCIA GLocation is really nice. Equipment however was awful. First truck, wasn't even safe or legal to be on a roadway. Driver seat cushioning was ripped, and completely detached from the seat frame. Very UNSAFE. Went back to office to exchange for a roadworthy truck. STAFF KNEW THE TRUCK WAS UNSAFE, yet rented it anyway?!?!? Second truck better, AT FIRST. 15 minutes into drive, A/C started to fail. Intermittent cold to room temperature, and A/C blower was going out. Only the bumpy roads kept resetting it. It was 105 degrees outside, A/C reliability is life or death. WTH. It was too late, and we had a small window of time to get to destination, so going back for a 3rd truck wasn't an option. Happy with the location. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY / RELIABILITY OF EQUIPMENT.
