Instructions for pick up and drop off were both confusing and difficult with not working properly. Took over 40mins just to self pick up the U-Haul. Used to haul a sectional from one end of the city to the other. Cost was ridiculous!!! Over 75 for 20miles and two hours rental in 15" truck. Then after drop off next day my card was charged another 18 dollars. I have rented from uhaul before and paid under $30 for a quick in town furniture move. Disappointed
Jamie HThe worker did not check our truck in at the time we dropped it off she was lazy and waited two hours later to check it in. I took a picture of proof to show that. I even called her to ask why it wasn’t checked in yet she said it would be did by end of day. The receipt that was sent was different from the one that was given to me. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. Don’t go to this location for your truck needs!
Leroy HKayla from the Forney location was awesome. She has a great personality very Customer Service oriented a nice smile and she deserves a raise. She also deserves a promotion, knows her job well and goes out of her way to take care of customers. I wish I can give her a hug.
