Uhaul was given to me with less than 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with more than 1/4 tank to ensure I wouldn't get charged. When I got emailed my receipt they put it was almost empty and charged me $30 for having it less than 1/4 and $40 for 8 gallons of gas even though I returned it over 1/4 tank and with more gas than I started with. I called and they said they would try to fix it and then hung up on me twice. But it doesn't seemed to be fixed as my receipt shows $70 in completely errant fees still. Will never use this location again or recommend any Uhaul to anyone I know. What a scam. Increased my overall cost by 50% even though I went above and beyond to return it cleaner and with more gas than I received it with.

Not exactly what I expected from U-Haul as a brand. Customer service was laughable and the experience was overall frustrating. Not to mention they added charges I decline both online when reserving and in person. I do not like dishonesty

I got there early and his brother was handling it and went ahead and took me back even though I told him I was early then when the owner got there, he was like you people that came early. We don't open until 10 o'clock. But\n Yet the man that runs a computer and handles it all didn't get there till 1025, so he was like, never mind me early. His worker was late. Then, as we're driving down the highway, the hood lifts up, they didn't have the hood locked down on either side, I am going on Yelp, and everywhere I can to say, do not rent from this place. And even though I saved money, 'cause I went from Canton to Forney to get the truck, it wasn't worth it in the long run, I didn't walk out of there till an hour later on, getting my truck took me an hour to get it.
