Was charged for fuel, a fuel surcharge and insurance I had declined. We filled gas back to level we picked up. Was told it would be corrected and hasn't been yet. The location was dirty and nasty. Employees didn't really seen to know what they were doing.

Claressa FI showed up to what looked like a junkyard went inside to a crazy hoarder mess and a guy behind a makeshift desk. Then told dont have trailers have to go 15 minutes away to pick it up.

Patrick BThe drop off area was extremely tight and uncomfortable. No staff was on site at 4pm on Saturday. It was a challenge to find a place to park the vehicle that was on the property and not blocking road access.
