Appliance dolly was not available even though it indicated there would be one. The Rep couldn't find my preferred drop off in Napanee they said it didn't show up on their screen! Truck was clean. Only 94 mi to E left in gas tank. When we dropped off UHAUL we had 118 mi to E in the gas tank. We were charged for extra miles 11.4 miles. No consideration for the extra gas that was left in the UHAUL. The gas cost more than the extra mileage charge. NO DOLLY, NO CONSIDERATION FOR EXTRA GAS
