MATTHEW RWhen I got there I had to wait 20 minutes to get someone on the call, then the caller had the wrong location and had me walking all around the building looking for a truck that wasn’t there. I wasted one hour waiting to get a truck that wasn’t “24 hours” I already had the caller put in complaint for a discount. It was a horrible experience and this isn’t my first time renting
