MATTHEW RWhen I got there I had to wait 20 minutes to get someone on the call, then the caller had the wrong location and had me walking all around the building looking for a truck that wasn’t there. I wasted one hour waiting to get a truck that wasn’t “24 hours” I already had the caller put in complaint for a discount. It was a horrible experience and this isn’t my first time renting

WILLIAM VThe person that was checking us in was named Steve. He was attentive, helpful, and engaging. Steve explained the process well, provided clear instructions. Steve walked us to the vehicle we hired and made sure we were satisfied with the condition, and pointed out where we should park it when returning the vehicle. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the place we hired the Uhaul truck from and with the service level of Steve. So pleased, we told the people at our church about this location!

OSWALDO CTruck was filthy , bugs inside , bird poop on outside. Found a lizard inside the truck while moving. I found that from my quote to my actual rental , the insurance was added in and within the chaos of moving , missed this was added in without me requesting it despite clicking no for the option when I did the reservation online. The website is predatory because I was also charged for moving materials I did not need nor select but realized that there were prefilled fields. I could’ve have sworn I updated everything to $0 but realized at the time or reservation the money added in was due to this. Why would any site refill quantities near check out? To boost sales, but it’s a predatory and deceptive practice. The person who helped me was friendly and helpful . Also informative on processes. She was incredibly polite and understanding. A+ for her and for her service I’d return and recommend.
