Just awful. The man was late for my pickup time, keeping me waiting for 45 minutes. The truck was dirty. He insisted I return the keys to the drop box so he could charge me for after hours drop off... At 3 in the afternoon!! I'll never return. This guy shouldn't have a U-Haul franchise.

No people available for drop off even though they advertise open for business until 5pm mon-fri. No one answering the phone at the number provided and the Message on the answering service was in French even though the location was in Alberta. Not at all a good service.
