Jeffery S.Personnel were helpful in getting the vehicle off the ramps. However due to a malfunction in removing vehicle off the ramps the trailer hitch leaped forward and damaged the tailgate on my truck. The peron initially didn't want to remove vehicle from ramp because of a previous incident in which he was sued. I told him I would take the chance that it would be ok. Unfortunately that turned out to be a mistake. Because I now have a damaged tailgate. Would U-Haul accept the consequence and have my tail gate repaired?
Charles C.Wasn't clear where to drop off and no one was there to help. Went over to office and the guy told me I was good to go and that he'd check in my trailer later. That never happened and I had to call back the next day to get someone to check in my trailer. If I ever used this location again I'd use the drop off in the app to make sure it gets checked in.
