SANDRA FI returned the truck 1 day early topped off at the location. Was charged for being 1 day late and charged for gas not being full. After being topped off it was parked 20ft away. So ridiculous. Never was given any paperwork at drop off. He said we were good and I took him at his word. Shifty or unintelligent either way it cost me almost $100 more. Renters beware.
JENNIFER HThey only requested my name at first and I was told I’d get and email stating it was checked in. Had to talk to Matt 4 times to get U-Haul checked in. He had to get a supervisor to complete the check in.
KATHRYN MThey didn't have anyone available to help and it took several days for them to process the return. They said to leave it and they would email the paperwork.
