Took them two days to close out my contract after returning the truck rental. Very unorganized, bad customer service. If I was Uhaul I would pull out all of my vehicles and find another location. Because that Mohave Market Place is just creating a very bad image for Uhaul. And Uhaul doesn't deserve that.
THOMAS CHad to wait an unnecessary amount of time to receive assistance. Only one person who could help us and he was busy cooking for customers. Several of these customers arrived after we did. It was 45 minutes after our scheduled reservation time before we received the equipment. Having said that when he finally did help us he was very nice and helpful.
