I did the self-check in and I still had to wait 15 minutes in the store to get the keys because no one knew what they were doing. The return was much worse. It took 30 minutes and staff couldn't find anyone who knew how to take a return. U-Haul tried to charge me $20 for 1/4 tank of gas when I only drove 27 miles. The friendly staff fought and beat the charge but they shouldn't have had to because the charge was bogus. And more than 1 person in the store should have a clue about how to do it. But still 1,000 times better than Budget.

It was hard to tell where to drop off the truck because there was minimal signage. There were no personnel available even during business hours to help out.
Antonio PGood thing the manager was there, no one else knew anything about the procedure. What do you al do if someone wants to rent an UHAUL and doesn't have a smartphone? The fact that the renter has to manage the whole return transaction is ridiculous! I was waiting for them to tell me I had to fix the electrical problem too .....serioulsy! Hire better persons that manage the fleet like they should be doing.
Toni ZOrdered 12 packong blankets and 15' truck. They only gave me 6 blankets. Falicia at the Ft Morgan site said that she would change the number to the 6 that i recieved. SHE DID NOT CHANGE! Could not contact her at the Ft Morgan Location when i dropped the truck off the number was not changed. Called the Ft Morgan Location.... after many attempts no one could help at that location and Falicia could not be located... Called back many times and they did not even awnser the phone. Called coustumer service and they could not reach a manager .. did this twice. What you can do to improve?... have your people do what they said they would do.. Falicia and that location should be shut down!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! ZERO stars for this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
