Very very unhappy with pick up location, 1) in the worst part of town! 2)told them I was her to pick up a U-Haul and have a confirmation number. The person working barely spoke English, and thought I was trying to walk in and rent a truck, kept asking me when I would have it back. I told them I wasn’t bringing it back. I have a confirmation. It’s going one way to Ohio. This went on for over an hour. I was there an hour and five minutes just to get keys and leave. 3) truck was very dirty inside! Had to stop at Home Depot and buy some paper towels, cleaner, and Windex to clean the inside of the truck! Just an absolute nightmare! I already called and brought it to U-Haul’s attention still waiting for a call back!

it was a good experience. the truck had a good, strong engine and the trip went well. the only issue was that the shocks we total warn out, and need to be replaced before it is rented again. it made for a very uncomfortable ride on bumpy roads. i informed the staff at the drop off location
RICHARD DWhen I dropped my rental off in Georgia over 400 miles was added to my trip. From pickup to my house is only approx. 640 miles but the drop-off recorded that I drove over 1000 miles. I was then sent a receipt in mice type. This rental experience has taught me. Record everything with pictures.
