Charged double after use. Next time I'll use my own car and make as many trips as I need too. Complete waste of money.
MARISSA CI bought gas and yet they tried to charge me for not having gas. Watch them.
FRANK TI took the truck on time, no customer service, the gentleman get me the key and showed me from distance which was the truck I needed to take, no personal bring me to the truck and show me what to do ( such I was an expert on renting trucks?) the truck after go to my location to load it, then went to my new location from Fort myers to naples, unloaded the truck ( with no issue driving it) from there I went to add gasoline since the only thing I understood was from leaving the truck on same gasoline level I got it ( 1/4 tank) I put $20 on gas and the tanks was filled more that I used it, I brought back the track to the new naples location, just after I dropped the truck I be charged almost $300, cause they said I run the truck almost 300 miles more then expected.. really?! So, first: why nobody checks the milage of the truck before giving it to a new customer, or at least tell the customer to check if the mileage of the truck and the recipe is same, 2*: the truck doesn't have GPS? Seriously you guys cannot check the trip each truck does?! 3*: why should the customers pay someone else mistake?! At least notice each customers what's the best step to follow to guarantee their satisfaction... used hual other time in the past, but never had this problem honestly, this location, sell cars also, maybe they give priority to other businesses before caring over someone that need a truck to move their family to 1 place to other for any reason.. very poor experience, will never rent anything if possible, or if needed will always try go to a unique brand location..
IVAN SI called multiple times to change drop off point no one answered, I spent like 2 hours on the phone calling in. The fuel level wasn’t even correct when I picked up the truck !
