Check in procedure is very inconvenient because I was sitting in my car ready to p;ick up my truck, and found myself going through a lengthy keyboard/camera data entry procedure to get my keys.. Whoever designed the app never rented a truck I expect and it's probably enough of a hassle that I will use a different company next time.

JAMES MAn online U-Haul representative was on the phone with me for at least an hour when I picked up the truck. It was pouring down rain, lightning, I was having trouble getting the lock unlocked to get the keys. He was very patient with me. Lauren in the office of the U-Haul location was also amazing!
