Dropped rental off with person at the office and she said they will know what time you dropped it off because of the cameras. I parked the vehicle in the location requested and the site charged me for two extra days. I called UHaul and they reversed the charges after I proved proof of the drop off time and date.

The place where I picked up was filthy! The toilet seat was broken. The lady there asked me to hook up the trailer myself. It had no jack so it was very heavy to lift up onto the hitch. Half way into my journey the tie down inside gave out and my motorcycle fell over causing damage. What a nightmare!! First bad experience with U-Haul ever. The return location everyone was nice.

Contacted Direct Car Brokers Inc. twice, was told she will check into the over charge and get back to me. Never received a return call in reference to the over charge.??
RONALD SActual facility was closed on a Saturday. Had to go next door and call the U-Haul rep. When returning vehicle got an email 3 days later stating I did not return vehicle. Called and was informed that the representative had not yet checked in vehicle. Should not of had to call to verify return
