No adapters for tail lights available. When I saw it didnt match, the man said “ that’s ok, just tie them up so they don’t drag, you’ll be fine” I said “So I’m just supposed to risk not having turn signals or brake lights?” He said “Don’t worry” I have rented from U-Haul all my adult life and my parents did my entire childhood & we moved a lot! I will never rent from those people again. I had actually rented the trailer to empty my U-Haul storage unit. When I got to the big U-Haul facility in Guntersville, Al I told the manager and she said that was unacceptable & to report them. I did NOT feel safe towing that trailer & feel like the service was pathetic. If I had been rear ended due to no lights, they would’ve had a lawsuit. This franchise is not good for U-Haul as a whole, shut them down before they kill someone

My original reservation was on Broad St in Chattanooga TN. I arrived on the day of my reservation and no trailer was available. They did nothing to help me locate another trailer other than give me an 800 number to call and figure it out myself. I was able to locate one 45 miles away. After this fiasco, I blew a tire on the trailer on the interstate. The roadside assistance took a lot longer than needed. That’s when I found out another tire was about to blow, showing wires from the inside. Both tires were replaced. The wiring was intermittently working as well. I would not rent from uhaul again.

Alan JThere was roaches all in the back of the truck behind the wood. Too many to count. I had to buy joggers and fog the back of the truck before I could use it. Very poor cleanliness in the back of the truck
Thomas KI was supposed to get a dolly, a hand truck, and blankets, and didn’t get any of those. I noted it when I checked in online, but was charged anyway. Amazingly poor service.
