Did not get deposit back for trailer. Woman working was very rude during pick up and when called asking about refund was rude. Would pick a different location for next U-Haul experience.

GAYLE AThe communication within U-Haul agent and parent company definitely needs improvement, unit was returned and 1-800 number was called and confirmed rental dropped off. 2 days later local agent calls for vehicle on their lot and in possession of the keys lol.
