HELEN BWasn’t Impressed at All. After we Book our Tow Dolly and Continually try and get a Hold of the Location to pick it up after 4 days phone U-Haul only to have them Inform us that the Location is Closed as they are on Holidays. So then have to Reschedule and leave a Day Later. Pick up the tow dolly in FSJ. Arrive in Fort Nelson. Only to Find out that the Tow Dolly they gave us won’t work for the car as it’s an All Wheel Drive. After How Many Phone calls to U-Haul. Finally leave the Tow Dolly in Fort Nelson at the Closed Location. Have to drive the car 6 hours. Which cost to much in Gas Money Seriously NOT IMPRESSED then they Only REFUND. HALF THE MONEY WE PAID WHICH WE STILL HAVENT GOT BACK YET. 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
