Please refill fuel before customer pick up also I have requested dolly for my moving but it wasn’t available at pick up time. Reception wasn’t sure it had winter tires or not windshield was cracked and heat was not working properly in unit. Please check before renting it out.

JOHN BIt is irritating the website lets you reserve equipment, like a hand dolly, which aren’t actually available at any given location. Really needed them but was forced to make do. Not a fault of the location, but the system itself.
