Driving on the highway with a trailer that is not correctly fitted can be dangerous and may cause the trailer to sway. I would also recommend additional customer service training for the manager at the Fort St. John airport location. Customers who are already dealing with a stressful moving situation should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect. Improving both the safety checks and customer service experience would help future customers feel more confident and supported. Better skills when dealing with stressfull customer service.They need to have etiquette skills
