This facility and staff were great. However the online reservation system was horrible. It allowed me to reserve a truck and confirmed the 24/7 access was available. Only to get there and be told I couldn’t pick up the truck until 10:00 because they weren’t open. Caused a major disruption to my schedule for the day.

UDNER FDid not follow SOP like other U-Haul companies I have used in the past. Truck was not clean and sounded ruff at start up. The rental was not worth the amount I payed. But I did not need the truck to long.
JASON MOk with dolly but very disappointed..I told employee..I had a professional tow driver..and did not need tow dolly insurance..and was still unknowingly and was not told and was charged for tow dolly insurance..
