I was rented a van without a hitch after explaining my intentions for the van were to pull a trailer. after getting it home and realizing it had no hitched I returned it same day clean and tank full I was charged for 2 days and for 5 gallons of gas. I dont feel like I should have been charged for the rental at all as it was not what I asked for. It already cost me for the gas to and from to pick it up way in white springs. I was not offered any apologies nor was reprieve instead I was overcharged.

JAMES JOver charged me an extra day even though it was a 24 hour rental and I returned the vehicle early. The truck was given to me with half a tank of fuel, but I had courtesy of returning it with a full tank
