Van was very dirty on the outside and difficult to find location. Went back and forth between different U-Haul sites on the same road and they were all next to each other. Attendant was helpful but the site appeared to be 'Closed'. Not aggravating just confusing experience

JAMIE AI left the tank nearly full (334 miles to empty) and when I received the vehicle it was 243 miles to empty. I was charged 75.00 dollars for leaving the tank empty.
