I had an appointment for 9am. I arrived at 8:55 and no one was there. I called the location and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. I left and came back 15 minutes later. They were still not there. Finally at 9:30 someone came. Completely unacceptable. I will not rent there again.

This place wasn't ready for me. They claimed i had to pay extra on rental after I already paid.
David ASaid I was late on returning truck, but was actually early and wondered why the guy wouldn’t sign off on returning the truck. U-Haul did return money for after hour charge.
Randall RMy pickup time was 9 a.m. and when we arrived, there was no one on premesis that could assist us. One of the autobody workers that was present stated that he called the manager and that he would be there by 9:30. The manager arrived a little before 9:30 a.m. and offered no apology or adjustment for our rental rates. We returned the vehicle we rented before 2:00 p.m. which was the time the business closed. When I received my invoice, there was a $20 after hours fee. I called the manager and asked that the fee be removed because we were there to return the vehicle prior to closing. He told me that he needed to check his cameras to verify that I was telling the truth. I pointed out that I would appreciate a refund of the after hours fee also because he was not present at the time the pickup time was guaranteed. He then rudely referred me to the UHAUL 1-800 number for assistance and stated he could not help. The UHAUL company refunded the after-hours fee, no problem. Make sure you look over your receipts to avoid any fees that this business tries to apply that don't apply to you.
