App checkin did not work, so had to wait for actual person. I spent 15 minutes there waiting to check out.
Jay B2nd time I've rented here.... both times I can never find someone so I have to call. He tells me he will be right there. 15 minutes later he pulls in... I probably won't rent here again.
Scott rI made a reservation online and everything and then the guy made a how new ine and charged me more then what I did online. Will not go back or telling anyone to get a uhaul from them.
Zacharie MI tried to schedule a one-way trip and he did not do that. He scheduled it as a in town trip. So I got charged extra because I could not return it to Franklin Indiana.
