Published time to open was 9a, agent arrived 930. He did have the documents ready for signature but I was charged for safe tow and safe move both of which I declined when making reservation. I asked for them to be removed when I returned the trailer but he stated “ you selected it” and he could t help. Fortunately customer service and the regional manager were able to resolve and credit my card.

Effcient dropoff
Brian AApp checkin did not work, so had to wait for actual person. I spent 15 minutes there waiting to check out.
Jay B2nd time I've rented here.... both times I can never find someone so I have to call. He tells me he will be right there. 15 minutes later he pulls in... I probably won't rent here again.
Scott rI made a reservation online and everything and then the guy made a how new ine and charged me more then what I did online. Will not go back or telling anyone to get a uhaul from them.
