They were extremely nice to do business with.
Karen AThe truck was not ready when I arrived, as it had not been "checked in" after the previous customer returned it. The appliance dolly I reserved was not available, so I was given a standard dolly. The (12) moving blankets I reserved were not available, so I was given three. I was charged for both. I returned the truck during business hours, and handed the keys to the attendant the same day I rented it. I was charged an after hours service fee.
NICHOLAS DIt took less them 5 minutes to check in and check out. KashefWas very polite and respectful.
SCOTT DTruck had considerable refuse on the floor - possibly used by a ceramic tile contractor? Broken glass, etc. Took a while to clean before it could be used. Daughter got a cut from a glass splinter even after we swept and vacuumed it.
