when I arrive to pick up the van rental, the attendant told me that the gas tank was definitely not all the way bull that I needed to put it the same which I did and at the time of full tank for the vehicle was around $50 I was billed $28 the next day the attendance said the tank was a little short and absolutely contradicted what he had told me upon pick up so I don't understand why I was charged for a half a tank of gas when it was close to full it would've been more like eight dollars.

Exterior of trailer was very dirty
BRADLEY TThis location was convenient to drop off the truck. The employee was pleasant and only doing his job. We were told we would have to pay an additional $25.00 because we returned the truck with 6/16th of a tank of gas. REALLY! $25.00 for 1/16th of a gallon of gas. And we had no idea if the employee in Littleton was correct. Because again, we didn't receive a receipt from the Littleton location.
WAYNE RU-Haul changed the mileage fee from .99 cents a mile when I reserved the truck to $1.39 a mile when I picked the truck up. When I asked the person at Glacier Park Storage why the change, he had no idea and told me to call the phone number on the contract. There was no phone number on the contract. Will definitely consider a different company next time.
Michael GOur only complaint is that we rented a truck for 6 days, turned it on in the 4th day before closing time on Sunday. We were told that there would be a refund for the unused days, but it has been a month and we have not been reimbursed. No information on who we might contact.
