We did tell this location about the light situation and they said “that issue is on the pickup location “ not them. : / Had we received a ticket over the lights, I would have wanted assistance from someone at U-Haul to cover the cost of poor quality of the service for the trailer.
BRYLAND Bwhen I arrive to pick up the van rental, the attendant told me that the gas tank was definitely not all the way bull that I needed to put it the same which I did and at the time of full tank for the vehicle was around $50 I was billed $28 the next day the attendance said the tank was a little short and absolutely contradicted what he had told me upon pick up so I don't understand why I was charged for a half a tank of gas when it was close to full it would've been more like eight dollars.
MERRITT HExterior of trailer was very dirty
BRADLEY TThis location was convenient to drop off the truck. The employee was pleasant and only doing his job. We were told we would have to pay an additional $25.00 because we returned the truck with 6/16th of a tank of gas. REALLY! $25.00 for 1/16th of a gallon of gas. And we had no idea if the employee in Littleton was correct. Because again, we didn't receive a receipt from the Littleton location.
