The process of renting the car hauler was long. We provided the necessary information several times over the phone and then, because we brought a different (bigger truck) to tow the car hauler, had to provide all the information again when we got to the rental facility (it seems like we should have just had to edit the truck information, not the whole reservation). When we picked up the car hauler at 11:30 am on a Thursday, the u-haul parking lot was jammed with return vehicles. After we were told where to go to get the car hauler, we had to wait for 3 vehicles to be moved. Overall the value was good but the time it took to get the equipment was excessive (45 minutes-1 hour). Returning the car hauler was somewhat better. I would recommend this facility but the company needs to be more organized so vehicles can pass easily and so customers can get in and out of the facility faster.

Don’t rush us out when we’re trying to inspect the truck and make sure everything adds up. Make sure what you give us matches the contract. Don’t waste our time because we weren’t able to finish what we needed because we had to run back to the U-Haul and fix everything you guys messed up so badly.

Mores staff during busy days/hours so employees are not stressed to the point of compromising customer service. My first visit was way more pleasant than the second. I believe it was due to being understaffed. Kudos to those employees who "mostly" kept their cool while other customers were being rude.

I understand it is not totally the drop off locations fault that I was charged for the gas because she explained her documentation said my tank was marked as full and there’s nothing she could do about that. But I have mentioned MULTIPLE TIMES I HAVE A PHOTO OF THE UHAUL WITH A PHOTO OF THE DASHBOARD THAT HAS THE ORIGINAL MILEAGE AND GAS READING. I feel this is all they needed to process the refund. but for some reason neither location has cared to fix my problem in a timely manner. I called as soon as they opened at 8am. Then followed up by calling the other location when they opened at 9am. Both locations told me they would help and nether of them got back to me today. I’m sure I’ll have to wait 3-5 days for he refund , and they’re just prolonging the process even longer. This is very very frustrating, as I did everything in my power.

I understand this was a weekend and very busy. One employee was a little sassy with customer. There were 4 people working the counter, but processing was very slow. Customers were left alone in store as employees left to get rentals Just a thought, maybe have 1 or 2 employees process rentals, another retrieve them. In the afternoon, there could be designated register for returns.

Everything was good except the turn in process. The employee was splitting hairs with me when reviewing the level of gas. I only drove the vehicle for 22 miles and pumped in 2 gallons of gas and they said they were going to charge me $7 because I didn’t return it with what it should have. The employee had to get a manager to review the gauge. The manager said it was good to go. We should be empowering employees to make decisions or retraining is needed.

Not related to the exact location, but we received a fraudulent Uhaul charge on our credit card, in addition to the charge at this location. A second charge was made from location 830071 in Ft Myers, FL, and we had more fraudulent charges in the day or two after that, so had to have our credit card canceled.

Uhaul personnel attempted to be helpful. However, by waiting one day to rent the vehicle November 1, I ended up paying more. Ten days before I moved from the south and when I was ready to turned around to move right back to the same place, I had to pay and additional 1K. Therefore, it cost me $1300 to move up and $2300 to move down. Was told they did not need trucks down south for the winter. However, when arrived to destination, they were looking for trucks!

They opened this location with newly trained staff with no one to help them for awhile. They were only able to assist 2 people in 45 minutes. Once I was being helped they thought they didn’t have the truck I had reserved. When they went through the paperwork it got faster because I told them I had people waiting for me already at my house. The staff was friendly but clearly the decision to not have the new staff paired with an experienced one effected many yesterday morning.

Place was very crowded without enough employees. Due to the delay on the front end of this pickup, we could not wait for the bill to be printed out at site. When we reviewed it, we were charged for gas when we had filled the tank up to where it was when we picked it up and charged for extra mileage due to the changed pick up location. The nickel and diming makes us question our next rental.

They misread my fuel gauge on checkout. They were busy so I opted for an email receipt when they got around to processing the return. I had just filled the truck up past full 5 miles from facility. The gauge was slightly past full. On checkout, they marked it just under full and charged me $7!
