Location easy to find, but front door was hidden and shop was very crowded / not organized.
SEAN MThe remote or after hours check-in process was very aggravating , especially at 3am. It took 30 mins for what should have been a 5 min process. Gave requested info but system wouldn’t take it. Still did not get the furniture dollies. Never again!
Michael BThey provided the wrong lock code to the wrong lock box. Luckily the code worked for the other lock box that had a key to another truck. I had to call UHAUL to switch the truck in the contract
