The remote or after hours check-in process was very aggravating , especially at 3am. It took 30 mins for what should have been a 5 min process. Gave requested info but system wouldn’t take it. Still did not get the furniture dollies. Never again!
Michael BThey provided the wrong lock code to the wrong lock box. Luckily the code worked for the other lock box that had a key to another truck. I had to call UHAUL to switch the truck in the contract

jake bMake sure that the lockbox combination is correct before giving giving out the truck for rent. This cost us a few hours. But we had a great customer service rep who kept working until she found someone that had the combination. After that - no problems at all! The truck was perfect for the move.
