Don’t charge so much, clean your vehicles and location, and be more knowledgeable about cost and let your customer know so they can change the agreement they are choosing before they get screwed like I did:

Have representative perform a walk around of the equipment with the customer. Or at a minimum walk them to the equipment, which is not directly next to the store.
DORWARD MHad a hard time in letting the traffic center know where I actually lived. The computer at the pickup point was not working and when the agent called uhaul, they could not help him. Trailer was dirty but that was no problem. trailer returned clean.

Erick PEverything was as expected. I just wish it wasn’t so costly. $147 plus $40 in gas. I really think that is too much but it did work well for what we needed.
