Have the vehicle that was reserved available and ready to be checked out (no vans were there, had to talk the vendor into giving me a 10' truck instead, truck was ice covered took 30 minutes to defrost, only after a 20 minute checkin process).
James CI think there should be better lines to show where viable parking spots are. It was a struggle to figure out where I could park the truck.
