The Rep did not give me much information about the truck or procedures when I came in. Did not show me to the truck, did not tell me where to the keys afterwards, and seemed like he wanted to be done quickly. The truck was covered in/behind snow and fortunately the Rep cleared it and got the truck out for me (when I went back and asked him to). Truck drove smooth and was well maintained otherwise.

Its really unfair of Uhaul to make their vendor eat this review. The vendor was great, Uhaul policy, not much. I rented a truck to go from point A to point B. They decided the mileage, which was short, so I had to pay more than the agreed amount. I made no side trips, nothing extra. I kept it to an absolute minimum and still ended up having to pay extra. Uhaul is a great value and the vendors I had were fantastic. But my overall impression of the company itself is just the typical nickel and dime BS that has become corporate America.

Debrs DHave the vehicle that was reserved available and ready to be checked out (no vans were there, had to talk the vendor into giving me a 10' truck instead, truck was ice covered took 30 minutes to defrost, only after a 20 minute checkin process).
James CI think there should be better lines to show where viable parking spots are. It was a struggle to figure out where I could park the truck.
