Checking in to rent the U-Haul took a very long time. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable but was very slow. I asked him why I was being charged more than I expected and he could only refer me to the U-Haul customer service number. He didn't know it was a deposit and that I would be refunded. I spent 30 minutes trying to get an answer and finally proceeded with my move. Hours later a customer service person returned my call and explained everything. Days later, my receipt came through and it was correct.
