The Reservation Process When making the reservation on line I reserved at a location that was closest to me. The reservation was accepted but then the day before pick up I was notified that I needed to goto a different location. Why was the reservation accepted at my preferred location and then not fulfilled? This took an additional hour to pick up the truck, time I needed to be spending packing. The Truck This had to be the worst rental I have ever experienced. There were several issues with the truck I discovered once driving, some safety issues: For example, the wiper blades were worthless, all they did was smear the water on the windshield, making visibility near zero. Luckily I found this out washing the window instead of in a rain. One of the rear back up lights was also out. The outside of the truck was not clean and based on how the hood decal was faded this was an old vehicle. There were others issues but I've made my point.
