Koches did everything possible to make this work. Dispute obstacles thrown at them by UHaul. Originally I was expected to drive an hour to collect the car trailer, after I picked up the truck. They made it work and the area manager delivered the transporter. The outdated and difficult to maneuver computer system made a simple process of getting the truck to a job that took over an hour. NOTHING TO DO WITH KOCHES, the computer system was slow and not logical. THAT needs addressing. Little did I know that was the least of my aggravating experience. Oh and as an added bonus, the computer system has no drop off point for the truck or trailer. I was expecting a text or phone call as to where that would be.
