NIck GThe trailer was great. I arranged everything online and did not ask for the $8 towing safety package but he charged me anyway, so the online reservation doesn’t seem to work and is easily changed by each dealer. This was a bit deceiving.
Herb KWe had a reservation for 10:45 on 7/19 for pick up and the salesman wasn’t there. We called him and he said he went to run an errand and to give him 30 minutes. We waited outside in the heat for 50 minutes. Poor customer service from him. On the website shows “open hours”
